
Emotional Funeral Service Sees Outpouring of Tributes and Condolences
FICKSBURG – The community of Ficksburg gathered in large numbers to bid a final farewell to Pastor Thembani Ncango, a respected and beloved community leader, educator, man of God, aspiring businessman, and accomplished academic. The funeral service, held at the Brilliant Minds School, was a poignant celebration of Pastor Ncango’s life and legacy.
Representatives from various sectors of the community conveyed heartfelt messages of condolence to the Ncango family. The Brilliant Minds School, which Pastor Ncango founded, was represented by teachers and learners who remembered him as a dedicated educator and mentor.
The Meqheleng Business Association, Ficksburg Pastors Fraternal, and Ward Councillor also paid tribute to Pastor Ncango’s contributions to the community. His commitment to education, community development, spiritual growth, and entrepreneurial spirit was widely acknowledged.
Members of Pastor Ncango’s church, House of Praise, were also in attendance, and several took to the podium to share words of comfort and tribute. They remembered Pastor Ncango as a compassionate and dedicated shepherd, who had a profound impact on their lives.

In addition to his many accomplishments, Pastor Ncango had recently completed his LLB degree with the University of South Africa (Unisa), a testament to his dedication to lifelong learning and his desire to make a meaningful impact in the field of law.
