In a significant step towards fostering positive transformation in the community, the Ficksburg Ministers Council convened a strategic planning meeting at St Anglican Church Meqheleng today. The executive committee gathered to outline their plan of action for 2025.
The plan, which will be presented for approval at the general meeting on February 15, 2025, aims to prayerfully address violence and crime, gender-based violence, and other social ills that plague the community. This collective effort seeks to bring about healing, restoration, and positive change through the power of prayer and community engagement.
Following a productive discussion, the year’s plan was agreed upon. The Fraternal is optimistic about leading social and spiritual transformations in Meqheleng and Ficksburg, extending an invitation to other church leaders, pastors, and reverends to join forces.
The strategic meeting was made possible through the generous support of Mrs. Constance Tshepiso, who provided refreshments for the attending pastors. Notable attendees included Father Letsoho of Anglican Morata, Pastor Mthembu from Full Gospel Church, Pastor Pule Mothijoa from Lighthouse Ministries, and Apostle David Mokotjo from Agape Christian Centre.
As the Ficksburg Ministers Council embarks on this ambitious journey, their dedication to creating a better future for the community is palpable. With a unified vision and collaborative spirit, they are poised to make a lasting impact.
