The community of Ficksburg is reeling in shock after the owner of the popular White House Tavern, Sipho Msibi, took his own life on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
According to sources close to the investigation, Msibi’s body was discovered at his residence, with preliminary reports suggesting that he had succumbed to suicide.
While the exact circumstances surrounding Msibi’s death are still unclear, friends and family members have revealed that he had been struggling with significant financial difficulties in recent months.
